SESSION 1 - MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS 101

SESSION 2 - ESSENTIAL MENTAL HEALTH GUIDE

SESSION 3 - TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF BEFORE SUPPORTING OTHERS
Explore strategies for self-care with a focus on Mental Health Hygiene. This session covers WRAPS (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) and what recovery looks like, helping you understand the importance of self-care before assisting others. We'll also engage in wellness reflections to help you assess and improve your own mental health
SESSION 4 - SUPPORTING THE MENTAL HEALTH OF THOSE AROUND YOU
Take a deeper look into stress and anxiety, understanding their physical, emotional, and behavioural effects. This session covers the concept of the "stress bucket" and explores anxiety disorders, including panic attacks. You'll also learn strategies for building resilience, enabling you to better support your colleagues and create a stress-resilient workplace.
SESSION 5 - MENTAL HEALTH - STARTING THE CONVERSATION
Gain confidence in initiating and navigating mental health conversations within your team. This session will teach you about non-judgmental listening and the difference between listening and communicating. We'll explore why people may be reluctant to talk about their mental health and provide strategies for supporting upset employees. The session includes activities and exercises designed to integrate your learning into real-world situations.
